You will be given a broad background on the proper installation of a gas furnace. This would include venting and combustion air requirements of an 80T and 90T funace, drains, electrical equipment, as well as plumbing and installation procedures. Terminology of the heating industry will be explained when covering the functions and proper operation of all the components, both electrical and mechanical, and analyze problems of air flow and improper venting. Basic schematic wiring diagrams and sequences of operations will also be covered.
